The Sphere Burr is the perfect option for when you need to hollow out a concave surface, like the inside of a bowl or spoon. Or if you need to produce a hollow with undercut or overhung edges.
Kutzall burrs are the perfect companions for power carving. They are available in a variety of shapes in both 1/8" and 1/4" shaft sizes. All Kutzall tools are hand made in in America using incredibly durable materials, primarily tungsten carbide.
They are not prone to loading but can be easily cleaned with a solvent or burned out with a torch. The heat will not harm the teeth.
