At MDI Woodcarvers Supply we accept Visa, Mastercard ,Discover and American Express through our catalog and telephone orders. On Line we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay as well as Pay Pal.

Telephone orders can be placed from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Product Information

Guarantee

We sell quality brand name tools. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price. A return authorization number must be given before sending back merchandise. All returns, claims or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded. Returns of larger items where shipping carrier charges exceeded $9.95 will have the actual shipping charge incurred by MDI Woodcarvers Supply deducted from the refund. All merchandise returned on account of not being the correct item must be returned in original packaging and not show signs of mistreatment or abuse.

Shipping & Handling

We do our best to ship the same day the order is placed. Shipping and handling charges are a flat $9.95 in the continental USA. Please include both postal and street addresses so we can ship the most economical way. All on-line orders have email addresses associated with them and you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We have done our best to make sure this site and the catalog are accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for errors, and we reserve the right to make corrections. All prices are in US Dollars.

Shipping charges outside of the continental 48 states

We fully understand that you would like to receive your carving supplies quickly and at a reasonable cost. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or one of the US territories and receive US mail service we can usually get smaller items to you at normal shipping charges. Flat rate shipping boxes also allow reasonable costs on slightly larger packages though more than the standard $9.95

We are more than happy to ship to Canada. Unfortunately, shipping can get quite expensive. The smallest packages to Canada are running over $16 US funds. All orders outside of the continental USA (48 states) will be charged the actual shipping plus a $2.50 handling charge. We feel the simplest way to handle payment is by credit card. The banks handle the conversion of funds and we can charge the correct shipping.
